Fabrication

The fabrication process transforms the stone slab into the countertop by cutting each piece, shaping the edge profile, and polishing using the digital template.

During the Fabrication stage:

• Nathan will manage the workflow of your countertop(s)
  • Describes project & provides special Instructions
  • Ensures Fab machines are calibrated recently
  • Ensures CNC Machines are properly serviced
• Each finished part is checked for defects & exact dimensions to a precision fit of an 1/16 of an inch
• Parts that fail are reworked or re-fabricated
• All parts are Quality Assured at Fab Shop
• Schedule countertop installation with the customer
• Countertop materials are delivered to worksite
• Nathan select the best craftsman for the install
