Nathan will handle a range of countertop projects from small to large within the Tampa Bay area. Outside of Tampa Bay, he provides services only for large countertop projects. With the capability of providing service to perform multiple countertop jobs, Nathan will serve hotels, hospitals, banks, colleges, high schools, elementary schools, corporate buildings, and other institutions. For an enterprise business, such as a restaurant with multiple locations, the project may include countertops for individual stores, both for the front of the house and the kitchens.

Nathan will respond with a service contract and three solutions, each with its final price. If you award the project to Nathan, 75% of the final price is required to initiate the project, and the remaining payment is due upon completion of the installation. Nathan’s Countertop Design Service will run as a turnkey operation, where Nathan will work independently to bring in the project on time, within budget and to the specification in the Statement of Work (SOW). Once the Contract with SOW is signed, Nathan will be responsible for selecting and securing the stone slabs, as well as performing the design/layout, fabrication, and installation without supervision or management. The final design will require all the cabinets to be installed so that the laser measurements can be taken. For large projects, Nathan will work with his Marquee Stone Suppliers to obtain the maximum discount. If the number of slabs exceeds 10, a deeper discount will be passed on to you. Nathan will take ownership of the countertop project and get them done according to the SOW. 

The commercial customer must approve the detailed design/layouts and the chosen slabs. Nathan will provide project management and periodic status reports to the customer. Nathan will ensure that quality assurance is performed for the entire project, including precision fabrication, free of defects, and meticulous installation to within 1/8 of an inch. At project end, Nathan will perform a project closeout with the customer to verify compliance with the SOW.
