Commercial Countertop Service serves businesses, developers, builders, and general contractors. For businesses, Natha offers a simple counter solution, as well as options for long countertops suitable for bars seating 25 or more people, or for customers with large commercial kitchens. Nathan serves commercial customers in the Tampa Bay area and will serve customers throughout the state of Florida, depending on the size of the business opportunity.

Nathan will handle a range of countertop projects from small to large within the Tampa Bay area. Outside of Tampa Bay, service is only for large countertop projects. With the capability of providing service to perform multiple projects, Nathan will serve hotels, hospitals, banks, colleges, high schools, elementary schools, corporate buildings, and other institutions. For an enterprise business, such as a restaurant  with chain stores, the project may include the countertops for individual stores for the front of the house and/or the kitchens.

Commercial customers (with a defined project budget and requirements) can request a quote for the entire project by clicking on Get a Free Quote. Nathan will respond with a service contract and three solutions, each with its final price. If you award the project to Nathan, 75% of the final price is required to start the project, and the remaining payment is due at the end of installation. The project will run as a turnkey operation, where Nathan will work independently to bring in the project on time, within budget and to the specification in the Statement of Work (SOW). Once the Contract with SOW is signed, Nathan will be responsible for selecting and securing the stone slabs and performing the design/layout, fabrication, and installation without supervision or management. The final design will require all the cabinets to be installed so that the laser measurements can be taken. For large projects, Nathan will work with his Marquee Stone Supplier to get the maximum discount for slabs orders that exceed 10 slabs. Since Nathan shop his Marquee Stone Suppliers for the best price for the bill of materials, he has the maximum flexibility to arrive at the lowest final price for your SOW.

The customer must approve the detailed design/loyouts and the chosen slabs. Nathan will provide project management and periodic status reports to the customer. Nathan will ensure that quality assurance is performed for the entire project, including precision fabrication, free of defects, and meticulous installation to within 1/8 of an inch. At project end, Nathan will perform a project closeout with the customer to verify compliance with the SOW.
