The session is conducted in an easy-going manner and a relaxed discussion. Nathan is able to educate the customer about stone products and how they fit with the lifestyle of the family.
The purpose of the design session is to discover the customer’s vision of the new countertop. Nathan gathers the customer’s requirements. Nathan has pictures of hundreds of countertops. Some customer used them for inspiration to determine their countertop design, color and stone type.
Nathan works with the customer to make the best trade-offs, provides guidance and ensures the project fits their budget.

For your project, Nathan will personally provide the sales consulting, proposal with quote – that’s a final price, project management, detailed design, template and quality control to implement each countertop. Nathan manage and lead his Network of Partners for services and labor. He will shop in his Network for the best quality resources at the lowest price.

With an in-home visit, you get: expert consultation, a free design session, and a proposal with final price. It's valued at $150, no sales pressure, no obligation to purchase, no risk - just friendly service.
Approve Proposal, Design & Quote
At the in-home visit, Nathan will work with you to custom design your countertop(s) & approve the proposal & design overview of your new countertop. Next, we help you choose the stone slab for your countertops.
Design using the stone's Patterns & Vein Flow
After analysis of your slab & precise measurements, detail design iterations are performed & the top one is visually imaged for your approval. Next, digital template is made from the design & slab is sent to fab.
Fabricate each Countertop component
The digital template used in the fabrication machine to cut and polish the slab into component pieces with the edge profile. All pieces are quality assured to be defect-free and a precision fit to a 1/8 of an inch.
Install your custom Countertop in your home
All countertop components arrive on site with a skilled craftsman to assemble them. Installed countertops are inspected to remove gaps & rough spots. Nathan will always be on-site. The worksite is cleaned up.
Verfy Your Satisfaction of Installed Countertop
Walk-through of the install with the customer for final quality assurance, answer questions, point out countertop features, review countertop care, verify full satisfaction and discuss the warranty & maintenance.
