Countertop Fabrication
The fabrication process transforms the stone slab into the countertop by cutting each piece, shaping the edge profile, and polishing using the digital template.
During the Countertop Fabrication stage:
- Nathan will manage the workflow of your countertop(s)
- Describes project & provides special Instructions
- Ensures Fab machines are calibrated recently
- Ensures CNC Machines are properly serviced
- Each finished part is checked for defects & exact dimensions to a precision fit of an 1/16 of an inch
- Parts that fail are reworked or re-fabricated
- All parts are Quality Assured at Fab Shop
- Schedule countertop installation with the customer
- Countertop materials are delivered to worksite
- Nathan select the best craftsman for the install
